Job Description:

The Product Operations Analyst builds and runs the daily operations of Casepoint's product organization. This includes planning routines, customer insight systems, cross-functional workflows, and the tools the product team uses every day. This role helps product teams ship faster and with higher quality by making sure the team's processes, meetings, and information are simple, reliable, and useful.

About This Role and Team:

This role is a full member of the US Product Team. You are based in our Surat, India office, but your direct manager sits on the US Product Team. Your priorities, work direction, and performance management come from US Product leadership. Onsite leaders in Surat provide administrative support and local oversight as needed.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Maintain strong communication routines with the product team and keep the team on track to meet dates and deliverables. Product Leads are busy and often need consistent follow-up, reminders, and gentle persistence to complete their deliverables on time. You are the person who keeps everyone aligned on what is due, when, and to whom.
  • Own the Product Operations calendar. This includes all recurring team meetings and presentations, the PI schedule, and key milestone dates. Keep the calendar accurate, visible, and useful so the whole team knows what is coming and can prepare in advance.
  • Partner with the Scrum Master team to strengthen PI Planning from the product side. This means sharpening roadmap inputs, aligning priorities, preparing clear pre-read materials, and making sure the product team follows through on commitments after each increment.
  • Set up and maintain the regular routines of product operations: roadmap reviews, prioritization meetings, launch readiness reviews, retrospectives, and the simple templates, dashboards, and decision logs that make these routines work.
  • Build the systems that turn customer signal into product decisions. This includes capturing voice-of-customer feedback, tracking product usage data, sorting feedback into useful categories, and running regular insight reviews so Product Leads can make confident tradeoffs.
  • Improve cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Define clear handoffs, communication standards, and shared sources of truth that reduce friction and help teams move faster.
  • Equip the product team with AI-assisted workflows. This includes tools and practices for prototyping, research synthesis, document creation, competitive analysis, and other practical uses that help PMs work faster and improve the quality of their thinking.
  • Maintain the product team's tooling stack (roadmapping, analytics, feedback, documentation). Make thoughtful choices about what to add, retire, or connect together so PMs spend more time on product work and less on overhead.
  • Track the health of the product operating model. Monitor measures such as planning accuracy, cycle time, launch quality, and decision speed. Use this data to identify what to improve next.
  • Partner with the VP of Product on team-wide communications, operating reviews, and executive updates. Make sure the product team's work is visible, measurable, and clearly tied to business outcomes.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Strong systems thinking and process design skills. You can look at a messy workflow, understand where it breaks, and design a simpler version that teams will actually use.
  • Working knowledge of product tools (for example: Jira, Productboard, Aha!, Pendo, Amplitude, Notion, Confluence) and clear views on how to use these tools well, not just turn them on.
  • Direct experience using LLMs and AI-assisted tools in your own work, with ideas for how to bring these tools to PMs and product teams in ways that are practical and reliable.
  • Clear, concise written communication. You can turn a long meeting into a one-page summary, an unclear initiative into a structured plan, and a long email thread into a clear decision.
  • Comfort working with data and dashboards to show what is really happening in the product team and to guide where to invest next.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You can build credibility with senior partners in Engineering, GTM, and the executive team without having formal authority over them.
  • Comfort working with uncertainty and changing requirements. You can make progress, ask good questions, learn from feedback, and adjust as the team and business evolve.
  • Strong written and spoken English. You will communicate every day with US-based team members through written messages and video meetings, and you will be expected to work with some overlap with US business hours.

Who Thrives in This Role:

How We Work (Culture & Operating Style):

  • Take ownership: You treat outcomes as your own responsibility, not someone else's problem.
  • Take action: You make progress even with incomplete information, then improve based on what you learn.
  • High standards, open to feedback: You care about quality, welcome feedback, and do the work needed to improve.
  • Clear communication: You write and speak with precision, follow through on commitments, and make it easy for others to take action.
  • Keep momentum: You bring energy, set the working pace, and keep cross-functional teams moving toward measurable results.

What Success Looks Like (First ~90 Days):

  • Working with the Scrum Master team, the product side of PI Planning is clearly improved. Better inputs go in, clearer commitments come out, and partners can point to specific things that got better.
  • Product Leads have simple, consistent routines (roadmap reviews, prioritization, launch readiness) that they rely on daily.
  • A first version of the customer insight system is running. PMs can find recent customer feedback in one place and use it to inform decisions.
  • Key cross-functional partners describe you as organized, responsive, and someone who reduces friction rather than creates it.
  • This role fits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, build-and-improve environment where there is always more to do than time allows.
  • You are comfortable owning outcomes, balancing competing inputs, forming a point of view, and acting on what matters most right now.
  • You bring a startup mindset and a real interest in improving how things work.
  • You look for better approaches, question "how it has always been done," and take thoughtful, bold steps when they can create meaningful customer value.
  • You are a positive change agent who can educate, persuade, and drive adoption across internal teams and external partners.
  • You are comfortable presenting to different audiences and speak up as the owner of your area in meetings and written discussions.
  • You bring high energy, strong judgment, and a team-first attitude, staying open to feedback and new ways of working that help the team move faster and improve quality.
Compensation & culture:
Excellent culture produces an excellent product. We value our team members, so we provide a nurturing environment of camaraderie. We recognize talent with competitive compensation and career empowerment.
